One flat $129 to start — a remote read when we can connect to your monitoring, and on-site only if it’s needed. It covers the remote review, or the trip plus the first 30 minutes on-site if we come out, across metro Phoenix and the Prescott Tri-City area. If we come on-site, standard hourly rates apply after the first 30 minutes — only if there’s real work to do. We find the fault, then quote the fix — and you approve any repair before we do it.

Most Enphase & SolarEdge systems have monitoring we can usually connect to. We’ll walk you through a quick approval and handle the connection — every reasonable effort to get you a remote read within ~48 business hours.

About half the time a system needs hands-on diagnosis even with monitoring data. When we need eyes on it, we get you on the schedule within days.

We start with a remote read when we can; on-site only if it’s needed (the $129 covers the trip + first 30 minutes on-site). Standard hourly after that, only if there’s real work — and you approve any repair before we do it.
