- Service records and photos taken during inspection, cleaning, or repair visits — used for service records, quality control, documentation of pre-existing conditions, and dispute resolution
- Payment information when you sign up for a service plan or pay an invoice (handled by our payment processor — see Section 3)
- Email and SMS / text message content when you communicate with us by email or text — including scheduling messages, service questions, and replies to our outreach
- Voice recordings when you call certain tracked phone numbers; recording is used to improve service quality and confirm scheduling details
- Information you provide in any form, phone call, or other communication with us

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

For active service-plan customers: account and service records are retained for the life of the agreement and a reasonable period afterward to support warranty claims, tax recordkeeping, and Arizona contractor licensing requirements.
For website visitors and one-time-quote requesters who do not become customers, contact information may be retained indefinitely as part of our business records, subject to your right to request deletion at any time (see Section 5).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. SouthFace honors the following requests for all customers and visitors:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
